Meet the team
Chip Weigle
Owner
Chip Weigle started his career in flooring at a wholesale floor covering distribution center. Where later he moved to retail & installing. Then finally into a management position. Realizing his dream was to own his own store he later opened North Hills Flooring in 1995. Owning your own business requires wearing many different hats but the one he enjoys most is the “sales hat.” Being on the sales floor working with customers is what he enjoys most and making sure his customers are completely satisfied when their job is complete.
Susan Weigle
Owner
Susan Weigle also started her career in flooring at a wholesale floor covering distribution center. (No…not the same one as her husband; however, that is where she did meet him.) She took a few years after their son was born to stay at home before she came into the business. She is now a co-owner of North Hills Flooring with her husband and wears many hats as well. She runs the office, but her real passion is on the sales floor. With an eye for design, she loves getting to know her customers and helping them take their ideas and their personal styles and bring them to life starting with their floors.
